*Chassis number (VIN)*
Model code
Model and Year
Transponder ( if applicable )
Dongle ( if applicable )
Whether you are supplying an additional key or if all keys are lost
You might also consider posting a picture of the key/remote as well.

Tool type and software version number ( standard or beta should be included if applicable )

It would also be good practice to consult the user manuals downloadable HERE and the IQ facility which is viewable HERE

This could give the solution required immediately, without the need to post a topic and await a response.

Effectively getting the job done quicker with less downtime.

Now the iQ is available on PC, tablet and phone app as well so we would expect this to be checked first.
