When posting for Tech Support on Vehicles

Postby Ade » Mon Mar 11, 2013 2:28 pm

Please note that if you are attempting to retrieve tech support on vehicles,

We DO REQUIRE as much information as possible,

This WILL HAVE TO INCLUDE the following to get a good response :

*Chassis number (VIN)*
Model code
Model and Year
Transponder ( if applicable )
Dongle ( if applicable )
Whether you are supplying an additional key or if all keys are lost
You might also consider posting a picture of the key/remote as well.

Tool type and software version number ( standard or beta should be included if applicable )

Many thanks

It would also be good practice to consult the user manuals downloadable HERE and the IQ facility which is viewable HERE

This could give the solution required immediately, without the need to post a topic and await a response.

Effectively getting the job done quicker with less downtime. :D

Now the iQ is available on PC, tablet and phone app as well so we would expect this to be checked first.

Thank you.

Hi - where is the phone App or Tablet version of IQ as per your post below?

I have checked the main website, and tried logging in directly from iPhone . .

Thanks :)

Please start a new post in the Vehicle Problem section and, as you can see from the post here, we need full vehicle details - or at least a VIN before you will get a reply.
